By accessing or purchasing from Canyon Exotics ("we," "us," or "our") through canyonexotics.com, Etsy, or eBay, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

Products & Descriptions We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

Live plants are natural products. Colors, sizes, and appearances may vary from photos. Minor variations are not considered defects.

Jewelry and gems are made from natural materials. Expect minor variations in color, inclusion patterns, weight, and size between pieces. These are not defects.

Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods as displayed at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & DOA Policy

Live Plants Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged (Dead on Arrival / DOA), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. We will issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion.

We do not refund or replace plants that decline after delivery due to improper care or environmental conditions.

Jewelry & Gems Ready-made jewelry and gems may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. Custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces are final sale.

If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Supplies & Dry Goods Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Contact us before returning.

Risk of Loss All items purchased from Canyon Exotics are shipped at the buyer's risk. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier once the package has shipped.

Intellectual Property All content on canyonexotics.com, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Canyon Exotics and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability Canyon Exotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
