By accessing or purchasing from Canyon Exotics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through canyonexotics.com, Etsy, or eBay, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

Live plants are natural products. Colors, sizes, and appearances may vary from photos. Minor variations are not considered defects.

We ship juvenile plants. Product photos show mature specimens grown under strong light, and your plant will size up with good care.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods as displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on ship days, rates, heat packs, live plant handling, and delivery expectations.

Returns, Refunds & DOA Policy

Live Plants Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged (Dead on Arrival / DOA), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. We will issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion. When the forecast low at your address is below 50°F during the week your order ships, the Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to orders that include a heat pack.

We do not refund or replace plants that decline after delivery due to improper care or environmental conditions.

Supplies & Dry Goods Supplies and dry goods can’t be returned unless they arrive defective.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Canyon Exotics are shipped at the buyer’s risk. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier once the package has shipped.

Intellectual Property

All content on canyonexotics.com, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Canyon Exotics and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Canyon Exotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
